Installation and precautions

1.Check whether the electrical parts are normal before starting. Check that the die holes on both rolls are aligned. If not, open the gear guard and loosen the six screws. Work roll spacing should be maintained between 0.4 and 0.7mm.

If it is too small or too big, it can loosen the passive roller and the bearing. When starting work, check whether the double rollers are compatible. In case of error, remove the gear shield, loosen the passive roller gear ring screw.

2.The main machine (hydraulic molding) shall first check whether the electrical equipment is working normally and whether the steering wheel of profile roll and hydraulic mercury is turning in the right direction.

When everything is all right, add the mechanical oil into the reducer. And the hydraulic oil is added to the hydraulic mercury tank. Starting pressure test, the pressure value is between 11MPa and 13MPa.

3.If the clutch slips in the production of mixer, the fixed wire on the three jaw frame can be adjusted. According to the output, adjusting the angle of mixing blade on the double shaft to ensure the main machine using materials. Additives can be added in the blender.

4.When the conveyor is working normally, you should see whether the belt does not run off. If the belt is not straight, the front and rear roller bearings can be adjusted to match the top wire.

5.First of all, adjusting the tightness of boot belt , so that the belt can not run off. Then according to the production capacity of the briquette machine to adjust the size of the gate, so that the amount of material is no more or less.
