Brief Introduction

Hydraulic cone crushers

The cone crushers produced by Fote Heavy Machinery are mainly divided into four types. According to structural configurations, they can currently be categorized as single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, fully hydraulic cone crushers, multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers, etc.

They are widely used in mining crushing, metallurgy, chemical industry, construction, construction waste recycling, cement, and sand-gravel production fields. These crushers are designed to process various ores and rocks with medium to high hardness (below 350 MPa), including materials such as calcite, limestone, granite, river pebbles, dolomite, bluestone, glass, cement clinker, iron ore, and more.

When the cone crusher is working, the rotation of the motor is driven by the belt pulley and the drive shaft. The cone shaft rotates around the fixed point at a week under the eccentric sleeve.Therefore, the cone broken wall is driven close to each other, and sometimes the surface of the rolled wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve can run off, so that the ore is continuously subjected to impacting, pressing and bending in the crushing chamber and finally realize the crushing work.
